He is also the founder and of SALES 300, a peer advisory group dedicated to a personally customized process for achieving sustainable sales results. Prior to that, Russ worked for many years with Vistage International, Inc. based in San Diego, CA. Vistage is the World’s largest Membership Organization of CEOs.
